Here comes another vintage 1 penny coin depicting image of most loved number 16th US president, Abraham Lincoln,..
Like I said, I could never have enough of it..
Every day, a learning process for me,..
Sure still got much to learn, but one day at a time,.. This particular coin, a Denver mint is a DDO,/DDR coin, with little dark spot in surface, oxidation,but nice color toning, it's endurance is evident, for being a vintage coin, in circulation all these years, these times.. I enjoy looking at it!..
I mesmerized looking at the Lincoln Memorial monument, imagined how it's like back then, in those years,..
As I love history, so I absolutely enjoy the different years of the rarities & varieties,..
The reverse of the coin, it's engraver,/, designer FG, for Frank Gasparro is present, in the lower right side of the monument.
This a coin that I attract, & magnet..
I always would come home with it, whenever I get to leave the house, when basic home goods & pets supply are running low.

Today, glad to see it, as I went through a many sorted rarities & varieties of modern coins of president Lincoln,..
This coin is still a nice coin for being an error, vintage coin from 1980's.. Though, it's weight, ain't the same, for being minted after year 1982, it's a zinc~copper coin,. All weigh 2..5g after 1982, except for the errors of 1983, done in wrong planchet, which wind up weighing a mass weight of 3.1g..
I say, certainly would want to have more of this like ones in collections, for being an error, vintage & collectible,..
